I just can't get enough of this Steampunk art thing.
Here's the piece that went to the Arlington Museum of Art
For display through the month of October.
Although she looses a lot in this particular photo,
She is one of my favorites so far. She also bears the perfect question.... "Do you prefer that you be right or happy?"Thanks for stopping by today, You know I love it when you come!
Oh Jana Sweetie... I absolutely love this doll/creation. How gorgeous she is. I love the body and the face is delish. Look at her arm and legs, I love the two watch faces in their perfect places. Oh she is just gorgeous sweetie.
Thank you for sharing with me this morning. I have SO enjoyed my visit and your share. Please stop by for a cup of steaming tea this morning. It might just hit your creating spot.
I've never HEARD of steampunk art!! VERY interesting!... As for being happy or being right? I grew up with someone who always HAD to be right.. then later married someone else who HAD to ALWAYS be right (hence the divorce!).. and if you ask me, neither one EVER looked happy.. and in the long run, neither one ever looked RIGHT! (ha! ha!).. So I decided long ago, I'd rather be happy!... Have a great day! ~tina
Hi Jana, She's got lots going for her for sure. Love her grater dress and her big doll arm. I had never heard of steampunk art until I started blogging and it is lots of fun.
Oh Jana...I am totally in love with Steampunk. This piece is wonderful!!
I am working frantically getting ready for my big show next weekend in New Jersey and I know I should be working right now but had to pop by to say helloooooooooo!
Oh Jana Sweetie...
